Information:

Changes some of the relationships between the
ped groups. Main changes are gangs disliking
other gangs and law enforcement etc respecting
each other. I did not make gangs open fire on
sight of each other, they will just be more
aggressive.

Installation:

Place the relationships.dat file inside the
\update\UPDATE.RPF\common\data directory using
OpenIV.
