This makes the flashlight weapon and components have a longer range and a smaller light cone. As well as a few minor changes to intensity and volume to accommodate the longer range.
If you already have a modified graphics.ytd, just export the 'torch' texture from this mod and merge it into your current file.
The same applies to the weaponcomponents.meta file. Just find and merge the following sections: - COMPONENT_AT_PI_FLSH - COMPONENT_AT_AR_FLSH - POLICE_TORCH_FLASHLIGHT
